HELLO!

I am so pleased to be able to assist you through the process of obtaining a loan. Oftentimes, as loan officers, we become a brief part of your busy life and only for a few short weeks. However, your home is probably the most expensive item you may purchase in your lifetime and the most important. It is where dreams are formed, lives are shaped, memories are created and families gather to connect. So whether you are refinancing your existing loan, obtaining a reverse mortgage, or buying a new home, I want your experience to be a delightful and joyous event. I think to achieve our goal in making this the most enjoyable process, it is important to know WHO is helping you finance your American Dream.

HOME LOANS MADE

CARLA FAIR

Loan Officer | NMLS 747960

I was born and raised mainly in Arizona. My father’s job transferred him in 1984 and my family came to Barstow, California. I lived there until I graduated from high school. As a child, my mother had a pilot’s license and would often take us flying in small planes. I was so intrigued by the beauty of things from a different perspective that I knew that I would have a career around airplanes. Out of high school, I was hired at Alaska Airlines where I worked in various positions for 10 years. It afforded me the opportunity to travel and see much of the world that I otherwise would only read about in books. While working at the airlines, I met a loan officer on that asked me if I would be willing to work for him on a part-time basis. I accepted the position and quickly became a notary and delved into the mortgage world processing loans for him. After the stresses of 9/11 and the simultaneous death of my mother, I took early retirement from the airlines and worked full time in the mortgage business. From that time on I have seen 5000+ loans pass through my hands in one capacity or another. I also specialize in serving the senior community with reverse mortgage loans. I have helped thousands of people stay in their homes, cover medical expenses, or just to pay existing bills to live with a little less stress.

I’ve enjoyed all capacities and positions I have held over the years because they have enabled me to fulfill my most important job of all…being a MOM to my 4 sons: Luke 25, Zack 23, Cade 18, and Jake 16. I am continually blessed daily to see life through the eyes of children. I have a large extended family (just on one side of my family I am #25 of 36 grandchildren just in my generation) both locally and in Arizona. In my free time, I love bike riding at the beach, visiting friends and family, crafts, shopping, baseball, sports, EATING (love/hate relationship with food) and enjoying time with the LOVE of my life, Brad. We just recently got married and together our blended family brings 5 of his children (and his grandson) together with my children –making our family of 12 quite large but EXCITING! I have an amazing life and I am so blessed to be present in this world everyday.

I’ve seen both the tops of hills and the bottom of valleys in this topsy-turvy world of mortgage financing. In good times and in bad, I stand firm next to my loyal clients and business partners. It is my heart’s desire to see people’s lives changed through all types of different loan programs and I am in it for the long haul. Thank you for trusting me with your loan needs and I am continually blessed by all the referrals I receive from my clients!

Loan Officer | NMLS 964037

My name is Chad and I was born in Los Angeles. My father was a contract administrator for McDonald Douglas, as well as Northrup Gruman, my mom was an account executive for Robinsons May. After graduating High School, I managed a small postal office in Chino Hills, CA. While working there, I met a loan officer who noticed I was studying Real Estate. The loan officer asked me if I ever considered the mortgage side of the business. I was not fully aware of what the mortgage side entailed, but was intrigued to find out how it worked. Fast forward to today… I’m a Loan Officer!

THOMAS DENNEY

Loan Officer | NMLS 2085141

Born and raised in West Texas, I soon found my way to California after my family re-rooted in Orange County. I grew up around Real Estate. My father was a Real Estate Broker, and my sister is an amazing real estate agent. Here I am, doing mortgages to complete the family trio! I was blessed with a lovely family – my son Charlie, daughter Ava Miranda, and my beautiful wife Jenny… who is the heartbeat of our family, and the straw that stirs the drink. Over the last dozen years Jenny and I have worked hard to build a happy little family, and I wouldn’t trade it for all the money in the world!
